The online education industry has skyrocketed since the pandemic, and I had the opportunity to help launch a real estate education platform, Stockworth Institute, designed for both aspiring and experienced realtors. Inspired by the high production value of MasterClass and Hillsdale College, I set out to create a series of cinematic course trailers. Real estate can often feel dry, but it’s also about life’s biggest purchase—full of emotional highs and lows.

As an editor, I focused on crafting drama through powerful music, sound effects, and my favorite technique—parallaxing. As a producer, I wrote scripts with a bold, intimidating tone. And as a set-designer, I aimed for simplicity, using depth and shadows to create a striking visual atmosphere.
